· The complete address of the property
· Names, birthdates, & gender of the occupants of the residence (identifying the one/two occupants to receive their personal power directions)
· Electronic images of: (the following numbers are the minimum required, additional photographs can be submitted if desired)
o 1 picture of the front of the residence looking towards the front door
o 1 picture looking out the front door of the residence (to see across the street)
o 1 picture of the back yard looking out from the rear door of the residence
o 1 picture of the residence from the farthest corner of the backyard
o 2 pictures of each room of the residence (1 from the door way looking into the room, 1 from the farthest corner of the room looking towards the door)
